FSS Response Force Four was one of the FSS mobile paranormal units. Their primary task was escorting FSS prisoner transport vehicles that were carrying paranormal criminals and terrorists. They also occasionally supplemented local Radley-Gold groups and provided paranormal assistance to FSS Rapid Response teams and local law enforcement personnel.
Rayo, Dragon I, Estrella and Huntress II left the Federal Security Service to form San Francisco Central in February, 1980 causing the dissolution of FSS Response Force Four.
